Does your child need to be seen but you can’t make it to the office?

Premier Pediatrics is excited to be offering Telemedicine visits, so that you can have your child seen by our Providers from anywhere with an internet connection and a smartphone, tablet, or laptop. No more missing school or work for appointments!

How to get ready for your Telemedicine Visit:

Please familiarize yourself with how to get ready for your Telemedicine visit to minimize the chance of technological difficulties during your visit.

Here are the steps to follow when you are getting ready for your child’s Telemedicine appointment with one of our Providers:

Step 1: Make sure that you are using a smartphone, iPad, Tablet, Laptop or Desktop Computer with a camera
Step 2: At the time of your appointment, please log into your Providers’ Virtual Waiting Room
Step 3: Type in your Child‘s first and last name (not yours)
Step 4: Check in
Step 5: Enable Camera
Step 6: Turn on your microphone and volume so that we can hear each other
Step 7: Allow all pop-ups (or you will not be able to connect)

Note: If you cannot hear or see us, make sure that your camera is on and that your volume is turned up. If both of those are turned on and you are still not able to connect with us, you may need to log out, restart your device, and log back in.

Please make sure to log into the Virtual Waiting Room of the Provider that you have been scheduled with for this visit. If you are not sure who you have been scheduled with and have not received an appointment reminder, please call our office at (352) 671-6741 prior to your scheduled appointment.
